Shipping and Delivery
ENEST® works with BOX NOW and ELTA Courier for the shipping and delivery of orders. Available shipping options are shown during checkout, depending on the service area, service availability, and the characteristics of the parcel.

For deliveries via BOX NOW, pickup is carried out through automated lockers, which operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service applies to parcels up to 20 kg and with maximum dimensions of 62 x 45 x 36 cm. The available lockers are indicatively configured as small, medium, and large, with dimensions of 44 x 60 x 7 cm, 44 x 60 x 17 cm, and 44 x 60 x 35 cm, respectively.

For deliveries via ELTA Courier, shipment is carried out in accordance with the applicable terms of the partner courier company and the services available at the time of the order. In the case of cash on delivery, this may be provided only where it is available as an option at checkout and in accordance with the terms of the respective transport partner.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, the carrier’s operational conditions, holidays, weather conditions, or other factors not controlled by ENEST®. ENEST® is not responsible for delays due to events beyond its reasonable control or for delays attributable to the partner carrier.

Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange a product, you must first contact ENEST®’s customer service team in order to receive instructions.

Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with ENEST®’s commercial policy at the time, the nature of the product, and applicable consumer protection legislation. For a return or exchange to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, without damage or use beyond what is necessary to check its characteristics, and must be accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase.

In the event of a return, shipping or reshipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a documented error by ENEST® or a defective product.
